This is a 9ct.yellow gold Rolex Marconi manual wind watch. I bought this watch about 17 years ago, and it is all original. Even the slightly domed glass ,I believe is original, because as you can see in the photographs, it has yellowed with age, giving it that authentic vintage look.
I don't think that Rolex should be present on a Marconi dial or on a Marconi ratchet.
