Is there a better way to change the date than moving the hour hand? Also because it has such a clean dial without the minuet bars, what is the best way to set the time accurately? AFAIK, PAM250 runs on Valjoux7753, so there is a small button at 10 o'clock that you need to engage by using the tool supplied with the watch (or any pen will do), for a quick date change. Just keep in mind the usual precaucious of quick-date .

The aesthetic of the movement has also been changed from horizontal brushing to a microblasted finishing. To quickly change the date with confidence (especially if you know your watch is accurately reflecting the current hour) shift the crown to the first position, or the first click.
